The processing time starts from the date of order and usually takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 AM AEST will be processed the next business day. After processing, the order will be shipped by Australia Post, and the delivery time is usually 1–5 business days. The total delivery time is the processing time + delivery time, maximum 8 business days.

Please note that holidays, incorrect address information, and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
