  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM AEST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the courier.
  • Typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Changes

Changing Your Address

  • We cannot modify the delivery address once an order is already in transit.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it upon request.
  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unexpected Delays

  • Some packages may arrive later than the standard delivery timeframe.
  • If your order is delayed beyond our estimated window, contact us and we will assist wherever possible.
  • Please note that delays due to customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier errors are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.

Package Damaged in Transit

  • If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
  • If the package was delivered while you were away, contact customer service so we can arrange the next steps.
