Return and Refund Policy

By submitting a return request through Shop Sira, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions ensure transparency and help you understand our return and refund procedures. This policy applies to domestic orders within the Netherlands.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your complete order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be in good condition—new or slightly used—and in their original packaging. Products showing excessive wear, damage, or missing components not caused by us will be declined.

We cannot accept returns submitted more than 14 days after delivery.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Download and print the Return Form .
  2. Fill out the form and place it inside your return package.
  3. Send your parcel to:

  4. Use a Track & Trace shipping method. After mailing your return, email the tracking code to support@shopsira.com so we can monitor the shipment.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Exception: If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will email you a free return label and cover all return shipping costs.

Please package your items securely—ideally in the original box or bag. Returns without a completed return form or valid tracking information cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at support@shopsira.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require extra time to complete the posting.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, email us at support@shopsira.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are available unless specified otherwise on the product page.
