How to Measure Yourself

Use a soft measuring tape and stand naturally. Measure over undergarments or fitted clothing.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust while wearing a supportive bra.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom (about 20 cm below your waist).

Between Sizes?

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit—especially with fitted styles.
For relaxed or oversized pieces, your usual size should be suitable.
